The name of the Villa originated from our family music history. Olé Guapa (tango) is a piece of music written by the grandfather of my wife Lilian Dieperink. Malando is a tango / rumba orchestra founded by grandfather Arie Maasland. He wrote Olé Guapa for his daughter Lia, this tango is world famous. We named the Villa after this beautiful tango Olé Guapa (beautiful girl).
Casa Esmeralda was built in 2011. This exclusive seafront location has its own beach and a selection of Bonaire´s most popular dive sites right in front of the house. The luxurious villa is maintained and equipped to the highest standard and is surrounded by a small but lush and colorful tropical garden with ample parking space. The very spacious villa consists of three floors, and comfortably sleeps eight adults in five air-conditioned bedrooms with three bathrooms. The villa was specifically designed to let the ever present Caribbean breeze flow through the entire interior, providing a very pleasant atmosphere.

Kas Oleifi is named after the olive green color of the house. It is a Bonarian house on a large plot of land with studios at the back.

A sunny, detached holiday bungalow in traditional and colorful architectural style; We would like to welcome you to Kas Pegapega (House ‘Gekkootje’). The holiday home is located in a quiet park with a swimming pool. Located just an 8-minute stroll from the boulevard of Kralendijk, with well-known restaurants such as It Rains Fishes, Diver’s Inn and Karel’s Bar. So you don’t have to go back by car in the evening!
Moreover, after a 10-minute walk you are on the Kaya Grandi, the pleasant shopping street of Kralendijk. The bungalow is located at the popularly called ‘Plenchi Makamba’ (Makambaplein), the private park halfway down the Kaya Carlos Nicolaas, at number 7A. You can rent the bungalow for 1, 2, 3 or 4 people.
Tala Lodge is a small-scale and quiet accommodation with personal attention and only 3 studios, located within walking distance of the sea and the center of Kralendijk. Each studio has its own terrace with outdoor kitchen and refrigerator. In the shared garden you will find comfortable sunbeds, a shared locker for your diving gear and an outdoor shower.
